1. Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your work?
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship and provide a 3 year warranty on installation. Manufacturer warranties also apply to the stone itself, depending on the product chosen.
2. Will my interlock sink or shift over time?
When installed correctly with proper excavation, compaction, and edge restraints, interlock should remain stable for many years. Most shifting issues happen when corners are cut on the base—something we don’t do.
3. Do you help with design and stone selection?
Absolutely. We help clients choose stone styles, colours, and layouts that complement their home and budget, and we can suggest borders, steps, and features to elevate the finished look.
4. How do I maintain interlock after it’s installed?
Maintenance is minimal. Occasional sweeping, rinsing, and re-applying jointing sand every few years helps keep the surface looking great. Sealing is optional and mainly for colour enhancement and stain resistance.
5. Can you fix or re-level existing interlock?
Yes. We offer lifting, re-levelling, and repair services for sunken or uneven interlock, provided the stone is in good condition. In some cases, partial or full base replacement may be recommended.
6. What is the typical cost of your projects?
Most of our projects range from $7,000-$50,000+, depending on size, materials, and complexity. We focus on long term, high quality installations.
7. Will weeds grow between the stones?
Proper installation and jointing sand significantly reduce weed growth. While no outdoor surface is completely maintenance-free, interlock requires minimal upkeep when installed correctly.
8. What’s the difference between interlock and poured concrete?
Interlock is flexible and designed to move with freezing and thawing cycles, making it less prone to cracking. It’s also repairable as individual stones can be lifted and replaced, whereas concrete repairs are usually permanent and visible.
9. Will interlock increase my home’s value?
Yes. Professionally installed interlock improves curb appeal and functionality, which can positively impact resale value. Many homeowners choose interlock as a long-term investment rather than a temporary surface.
10. Do you offer free estimates
